The Marketplace is open to logged-in users of Console Connect. Simply log in or create an account, then select Marketplace from the navigation bar at the top of your screen and start exploring.
Who can buy services on the Marketplace?
To see product pricing and buy services from the Marketplace, you must be a registered user and work for a verified company.
How do I sell products on the Marketplace?
What products and services can I sell on the Marketplace?
If you are looking to sell products on the Console Connect place, there are four main categories that complement our on-demand connectivity services:
- Colocation: Can be bundled with a Console Connect port to offer colocation and connectivity services to customers.
- Cloud compute and storage: Can be bundled with CloudRouter® to help customers connect multi-cloud environments and save on egress costs.
- Security: Offer your customers end-to-end protection by providing secure interconnection with DDoS protection.
- IX: Optimise internet traffic flow, reduce costs and improve performance.
How do I get started on the Marketplace?
There are two partner models available to sellers on the Marketplace:
1. Resell partner:
- Console Connect resells your solutions to customers.
- Partners need to provide Console Connect with a resell discount for their products/services.
- Console Connect manages the sales process and client relationships.
In order to become a resell partner you will need to be a verified company on Console Connect and sign a Master Service Agreement.
2. Referral partner:
- Console Connect refers customers to your website or digital store.
- Referral partners are required to provide a rebate to Console Connect for each successful referral.
- Console Connect handles the referral process and connects customers to partners.
In order to become a referral partner you will need to be a verified company on Console Connect and sign the Referral Terms and Conditions.
What information do I need to provide for my Marketplace listing?

Reseller and referral partners are required to provide the following information to display on the Marketplace:
- Company description: A brief 20-word description of your company.
- Company logo: Image format needs to be PNG, GIF or JPG and should be sized to 250x250ppx.
- Solution description: A detailed description of your solution.
- Useful links: To your website and marketing materials.
- Pricing information: That will be shown to registered users.
