This evening at the 2025 CAHK Star Awards, PCCW Global collected the Gold Awards for Best International Carrier and Best Cybersecurity Solution.

It marks a record 8th consecutive year that PCCW Global has collected the Gold Award for Best International Carrier, recognising our continued technology-led transformation journey.

Over the past 12 months, PCCW Global has launched innovative new wholesale solutions, including the Console Connect Private Label Service, while accelerating growth and investment in our underlying network infrastructure, such as the recent MoU to collaborate on the construction of the AAE-2 subsea cable system.

PCCW Global was also recognised for its ongoing efforts to enhance global cybersecurity, collecting the Gold Award for Best Cybersecurity Solution for our innovative email security solution.

Email remains the primary attack vector for cybercriminals, with threats such as phishing, ransomware, business email compromise (BEC), and malware posing significant risks. To address these challenges, PCCW Global introduced a managed cybersecurity solution powered by Trellix Email Security Cloud Service and backed by our dedicated state-of-the-art Security Operations Centre (SOC).

The 11th edition of the CAHK STAR awards ceremony was held in Hong Kong, and recognised companies in the ICT sector that have shown excellence and innovation throughout the year.
