As the CEO of Console Connect, Jef is focused on rapidly accelerating the company’s growth and scaling its services globally to help enterprises connect to their business-critical partners, SaaS providers and cloud apps with simple, secure and reliable direct connections. Jef has more than 30 years of global experience in the computer/networking industry and has spent over 20 years as an EVP & CEO in a number of diverse businesses, ranging from large, public companies such as HP, 3Com and Juniper to privately-held startups, such as Peribit and RGB Networks.
As Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Al is responsible for Console Connect’s strategy, mid- and long- term strategic solutions planning and vision, supporting strategic relationships and initiatives, and technology evangelism.
Prior to becoming Console’s Chief Strategy Officer, Al founded the company in 2011, established the company’s initial vision and led Console’s global expansion, including facilitating two international acquisitions. In 2013, Al moved the company’s headquarters from Ontario, Canada to California and successfully raised capital from leading Silicon Valley venture capital firms and tech entrepreneurs to fuel the company’s growth.
Al is a frequent speaker on cloud connectivity and direct interconnection. He has authored a patent related to Distributed Internet Architecture, and has other patents-pending.
Paul Gampe brings 20 years of experience in information technology operations, software development and international business operations to the Console executive team. Prior to joining Console, Paul was CTO of NEXTDC and Vice President of Worldwide Engineering Services and Operations at Red Hat.
John McAdoo has a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability at both public and VC backed businesses. He has raised multiple funding rounds, both equity & debt, and managed over a dozen acquisitions and subsequent integrations, including while at ARM Holdings plc the company’s dual listed, cross border billion-dollar acquisition of Artisan Components. A native of the UK, McAdoo attended the University of Manchester where he received an honors degree in Economics, before qualifying as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England & Wales. He is an experienced traveler, and his passport is always at the ready.
Brad brings more than 25 years of sales leadership to his new position as Chief Revenue Officer at Console Connect. Prior to joining Console, Brad was COO at Yagna Iq, a leader in sales acceleration SaaS solutions. At Mapr Technologies, a leader in Big Data Hadoop, as VP of Worldwide Field Operations he built the initial sales team and helped take the company from untested startup to an acknowledged market leader. Prior to Mapr Brad worked at Cisco as the Global Director for Security, focusing on business transformation and new security company acquisitions. At Peribit Brad was VP of Sales for the Americas and Japan until the company’s acquisition by Juniper, where Brad, as part of the acquisition, was responsible for leading the emerging technology sales team, a critical element of our growth plan.
Brad holds a BSC in Finance and Management from the University of Santa Clara, as well as certificates from the Executive Leaderhsip programs at Harvard and Wharton.
Teri Francis is senior vice president and chief product officer, responsible for the overall product strategy, management, design, and innovative vision of the Console platform. Before joining Console, Teri served and Vice President, Technology Development at Equinix where she led the architecture and engineering teams designing next generation cloud interconnection. Prior to Equinix, Teri was Vice President of Customer Solutions at NTT America responsible for product development and customer engineering for their global IP network. She has over 20 years of diverse experience in networking, cloud, and data center technologies. Ms. Francis earned a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona.
Greg Schwimer brings over 20 years of technology experience to his role as Chief Network Officer at Console Connect. In this role he will focus on enhancing and growing our global infrastructure to meet the needs of customers worldwide. In the past Greg has built and operated global MPLS service provider networks, content delivery networks, massive DDoS mitigation systems and infrastructure, hosting platforms, cloud infrastructure, storage systems, data centers, security infrastructure, and more. Greg comes to Console Connect after 3 years acting as CTO for 7e7, a technology strategy consulting company. Prior to that he spent 11 years at GoDaddy.com, where he held various leadership positions, including Chief Architect.
