You can now raise support cases more easily

As of May 08 2024, we’ve launched a new ticketing feature on Console Connect, making it easier for you to track problem incidents directly on the Console Connect platform. Instead of a call or email to the team to create tickets on your behalf, we’re now giving you access to create them yourself. With direct access to our ticketing system, you’ll have more visibility over any cases you raise, and the ability to see or request updates in the same app you use to manage your connectivity.From within the Console Connect app, just head to the question mark drop-down menu next to your user picture. You’ll see a new option to report an issue, or to view your support tickets. If you’ve got a fresh issue you need to let us know about, “Report an issue” will start the process. If you already have a case in progress with us, whether it was before the launch of this tool or not, you can see the history from the “view tickets” option.When reporting an issue, you can now select the exact service you

This update includes some improvements to the Internet On-Demand ordering process. These notes also cover updates made in versions 11.4 and 11.5.What's new?You can now (optionally) save IP address geolocation information for Internet On-Demand services with Dynamic (private ASN) and static routing. The Internet On-Demand Review and Order Details screens have been updated to include IP geolocation tags and UX improvements.FixedAn issue that prevented OVHcloud connection details from being displayed on the Summary tab.

Hi there,Did you know that we offer extensive global reach to Equinix in Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia, with nearly 150 locations on-net and extended?In April, we added six new Equinix data centres in the USA and Japan to our ecosystem, as well as reactivating a further five in Tokyo.That means Equinix customers can now order ports to these new locations and start connecting more of their data centre sites together using our on-demand private, high performance network. It also extends their network reach to our full global cloud ecosystem.Speaking of clouds, in April we also added two new cloud on-ramps. OVHcloud is now available at a new location in Paris, and for the first time in London, bringing the speed, reliability and performance you need. Equinix SG4 and SG5 are now active on Console Connect

In early 2024, Console Connect expanded its considerable reach in Singapore with two new data centre locations - Equinix’s SG4 and SG5’s data centres. Here’s what you can expect when connecting through these locations, whether you’re colocating at the site or connecting in.SG4, Equinix’s fourth data centre location in Singapore, was completed in 2020. Along with SG5, completed in 2022, these buildings are connected to the other Equinix-operated data centres (namely SG1, SG2 and SG3, the latter of which has an onramp to Tencent Cloud) via dark fibre, providing a ring network spanning the majority of the main island.Residing in a converted warehouse, SG4 houses seven floors of capacity, allowing for up to 4,000 cabinets. Dears,When I check Console Connect map I see they have 135 PoPs. However, somewhere else on the website it’s mentioned 900+ Data Center PoPs. How can I understand the difference between those numbers?Thanks for any hint.Saher
